Our Pubs

Since it’s metamorphosis in 1996 from Croakies Bar and Grill, The Dunwoody Tavern has never looked back. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Dunwoody and one of the oldest Pubs in Atlanta but is certainly the oldest Pub in Dunwoody!

We are a destination for everyone from Buckhead to Alpharetta and have become the meeting place for the younger set who live in both neighbourhoods and want to get together. We also have a wide mix of ages who come from the surrounding neighbourhoods to dine and socialize. When you walk into the Pub you see a massive double sided fire place in the middle and a cozy restaurant, The Duke of Wellington, on the right side. It’s a great place to have dinner, a few appetizers in a private booth or cozy up in front of the fire with a pint and a friend. You can also arrange for a party of up to 60 of your closest friends and take over The Duke for free!!

The Iron Horse Tavern is situated in the heart of Historic Norcross. The building is 130 years old and the exposed brick walls and wood flooring are all original. The atmosphere is terrific with a lot of entertainment. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the huge deck and listen to live music. In the winter, pull an armchair up to the fireplace and relax with a friend. Join one of our three dart teams or set up a team yourself and join the dart league. We have three boards in a private area. They are serious about darts at Iron Horse Tavern!

The Ship and Anchor opened in September 2004 in Sandy Springs. It has the feel of a London Pub in the City Centre with heavy Oak paneling and antique lighting. The patio is shaded for those hot steamy days, but is perfect in the autumn. If it gets chilly, just ask and we will turn the heaters on for you. Since its opening, it has become the Sandy Springs hotspot and is very popular with area residents and business people. Come by and see the 10′ x 8′ museum piece ship The Albatross or marvel at the 100 year old fireplace and 120 year old stained glass. Play darts with the locals or just relax with your better half!

The King George Tavern is located in the Georgetown area of Dunwoody just outside the Perimeter. As you walk through the garden and enter into the tavern, you will see the interior is designed with heavy oak panelling, medieval crests, antique stained glass and 18th century style pendant lights.

Nestle into a private booth, step up to the bar and join in the banter with the regulars or sit back and watch a game. We even have your favourite golf game for a quick 18!
